Our Policy
We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to respect it.
Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, online, or in person. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and paperwork.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We request at least 24 hours\' notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel in time or repeated no-shows may result in a fee or restrictions on future scheduling.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness to all patients.
