Cancellation & Refund Policy


We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To offer our guests flexibility and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

Flexible Cancellation Window:

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before their scheduled check-in date. If the cancellation is made within this period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late Cancellation & No-Show:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation), the guest will be charged for the entire duration of the booking.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated only after confirmation of the cancellation request. Refunds made through third-party booking platforms (like Booking.com or Expedia) must follow their respective refund protocols.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some promotional offers and discounted rates are marked non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be processed regardless of the cancellation time or reason.
