Check-In-Check-Out & Identification Policy

To ensure the safety and convenience of all guests, the following check-in and identification policies apply:
Check-In & Check-Out Time:
Standard Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards
Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements:
 All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or national identity card) at the time of check-in.
 Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with a visa.
Booking Confirmation:
 Guests are requested to present their booking confirmation email or booking ID for a smooth check-in process.
Security Deposit:
 The hotel may request a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after verifying the condition of the room.
Guests are encouraged to inform the front desk of any delays in arrival to avoid the booking being marked as a no-show.
