We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure a respectful and secure environment, the following conduct and property guidelines are in place:
General Behavior:
Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward hotel staff, fellow guests, and property. Loud music, disruptive behavior, and unruly conduct are not permitted within the hotel premises.
Non-Smoking Policy:
All rooms and enclosed areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking. A fine of up to ₹2000 (or local equivalent) will be levied for any violation. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel.
Damage to Property:
Any damage or loss caused to hotel property, including linens, furniture, electronics, or décor, will be charged to the guest’s account. The cost will be assessed based on the repair or replacement value.
Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms unless the hotel explicitly mentions pet-friendly accommodations. Guests with service animals must inform the hotel at the time of booking.
Visitor Policy:
Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. Identification of all visitors is mandatory and subject to approval by the management.
Violation of these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund and/or involvement of local authorities.
