To use Srijanya Sphere, a one-time license fee is required. This license gives you access to the complete platform, including the dashboard for managing websites, connecting domains, creating websites using all available themes and templates, and handling multiple clients.

However, the license only covers access to the platform — each website you create has separate charges based on its category (e.g., eCommerce, Blog, School, Real Estate, etc.). These charges are clearly listed inside your dashboard once you purchase the license.

Additionally, every website has two pricing options: with Progressive Web App (PWA) features or without PWA. Charges for both options vary, and you can choose according to your client's requirements or business needs.

This structure ensures you pay only for what you use while having full flexibility to scale and manage your web projects efficiently.

Yes, if you have purchased a license, Srijanya Sphere allows you to create and launch a fully functional website for free under a temporary subdomain (e.g., yourname.srijanyasphere.com).

This setup gives you access to all core features, including category-based templates, content editing tools, and live preview functionality — so you can start building your website right away without any extra setup.

The temporary website remains active for 3 days. Within this time, you can review your site and prepare to link it with a custom domain, unlocking full benefits like advanced storage, branding options, and complete domain control.

After the 3-day trial period, your temporary website and all associated data will be automatically deleted from the Srijanya Sphere platform.

To retain your website, you must upgrade to a paid plan by connecting a custom domain during the trial period. This will permanently activate your website, unlock additional features, and ensure your content remains live and secure.

If no upgrade is made within 3 days, the subdomain and website data will be removed to free up space and maintain system efficiency.

You can connect a custom domain purchased from any domain provider (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.) to your Srijanya Sphere website.

To do this, update your domain’s nameservers to the following:

ns2.skillhoard.com

After updating the nameservers, log in to your Srijanya Sphere dashboard and go to the “Add Domain” section. Enter your custom domain name, and our system will automatically link it to your website and generate an SSL certificate for secure access.

Please note: Domain propagation can take up to 24–48 hours to fully reflect worldwide. Once completed, your website will be accessible via your custom domain.

Upgrading your storage on Srijanya Sphere is easy, but it depends on the license and plan you are using.

If you require more storage, please contact the person or provider from whom you obtained your Website. They will evaluate your current usage and plan limits.

Based on your requirements, they will coordinate with our team to adjust your plan and upgrade your storage. Just submit a support ticket or reach out to your license provider for assistance.

No, you do not need to buy separate hosting for your website. All websites on Srijanya Sphere are fully hosted on our secure and high-performance servers.

When you connect a custom domain, a dedicated hosting account is automatically created for you with pre-assigned resources (like storage, bandwidth, and email access), based on your selected plan. This ensures smooth performance and stability for your website.

Currently, Srijanya Sphere does not run advertisements on user-created websites by default. However, if you're using a template such as News, the admin (website holder) can manually place advertisements for any client within the site’s layout.

As of now, only the templates provided by Srijanya Sphere (like preview or demo templates) support in-built advertisement display — and only if the platform admin chooses to enable them. This provides flexibility for content-focused websites to monetize through manual ad placements.

Yes, websites built on Srijanya Sphere can function like mobile apps using Progressive Web App (PWA) technology. This means users can install your website directly on their mobile or desktop devices — just like a native app — without downloading anything from the app store.

PWA-enabled websites offer an app-like experience, including features like offline access, home screen shortcuts, and faster load times. You can choose whether or not to enable PWA for each website during setup, with pricing varying accordingly.
