Quick Navigation
1. Information We Collect
Your Privacy Matters to Us
We collect specific types of data to provide a secure, reliable, and personalized experience on the Srijanya Sphere platform.
1.1 Basic Account Information
When you register with Srijanya Sphere, we collect basic personal details such as your full name and email address. This information is required to verify your identity, create your account, and communicate essential updates regarding your website and license status.
1.2 Payment Information
To facilitate license purchases, storage upgrades, or any paid service, we collect minimal billing details. Specifically, we only collect information regarding the platform used for the payment (e.g., Cashfree).
When you proceed with a payment, we securely share your login name, email, and phone number with Cashfree, as required to process the transaction. These details are shared only for the purpose of completing the payment.
We do not collect or store any credit/debit card information—not even the last 4 digits of the card. In fact, we do not store the payment method (such as card, UPI, etc.) either.
All transactions are securely processed through Cashfree’s gateway. Your transaction references and invoices are retained solely for transaction history, support, and legal compliance.
1.3 Website Usage Data
On the main site, we only access user location data, specifically the city from which the user is accessing the platform. This helps us analyze which cities are generating the most views, allowing us to optimize user experience and content accordingly.
For category-specific websites, such as E-commerce sites, we also store location and IP address data to provide insights to the website administrator. This enables them to track which products are getting more views from specific cities, helping them tailor their business strategy and enhance product targeting.
1.4 User-Generated Content
Users may upload content including images, documents, and media while building their websites. This data is stored in your allocated hosting space and remains under your ownership. Srijanya Sphere does not access or use this content without your consent, unless required for technical support, abuse review, or legal obligations.
1.5 Location Data Collection
We collect non-personal location data such as IP address, city, state, and country to understand where our services are being accessed from. This information helps us improve user experience, monitor site performance, and detect potential misuse. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Data Protection Commitment
Your trust is our priority. Srijanya Sphere never sells your data and only uses your information to operate and improve our platform. We do not share user data with any third parties except Cashfree during payments (limited to name, email, and phone). No card or payment method details are ever stored.
2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to deliver and enhance the services offered through the Srijanya Sphere platform.

3.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
In compliance with applicable laws, we may disclose personal data when required to do so by government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or through court orders. Such disclosure is only done when deemed legally necessary and in good faith.

Any data shared is strictly limited to what is necessary and is never shared for advertising purposes. Tax-related data stored in your website’s database remains entirely private and is not accessible to Srijanya Sphere or any third party.
