Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Here is what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
Last updated: July 2026
1Information We Collect
We collect only the data needed to run a secure, reliable and personalised platform. Here is exactly what we gather and why.
Account information
When you register, we collect basic details such as your full name and email address — used to verify your identity, create your account, and send essential updates about your website.
Payment information
For website purchases, storage upgrades or paid services, we collect only minimal billing details. Payments are processed securely through our gateway (e.g. Cashfree), and we share only your name, email and phone number with them to complete the transaction.
We never collect or store your card/UPI details — not even the last four digits of a card — nor the payment method used.
If you join as an Ambassador for our training program, we may request bank details solely to transfer commission payouts. Transaction references and invoices are retained only for history, support and legal compliance.
Usage & location data
On the main site we read only the city you access from, to understand which regions engage most. For category sites (e.g. e-commerce), we may store city/IP so the site’s own admin can see which products attract interest from which locations.
User-generated content
Images, documents and media you upload while building your site stay in your allocated hosting space and remain yours. We do not access or use them without your consent, except for technical support, abuse review or legal obligations.
2How We Use Your Information
Your data is used only to deliver and improve the platform — never for resale.
- Account management — register you, create login credentials, maintain your profile and enable website setup & hosting.
- Payments & service access — activate services, manage subscriptions and upgrades, and generate invoices.
- Support & features — answer queries, resolve issues, and enable features like domain pointing and template deployment.
- Legal compliance — meet applicable laws, regulatory obligations and enforcement of our Terms.
For e-commerce sites, any tax data you enter (GST/VAT numbers, HSN/SAC codes) is used only inside your own admin panel for invoicing — never by us for any other purpose.
4Data Security
We apply industry-standard protections — encryption, secure authentication and access control — to guard your data against unauthorised access or misuse.
Your account password is stored only in a hashed (irreversible) form, so no one — including us — can read or retrieve it.
No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure. We continuously monitor and update our systems to minimise risk, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your role
Use a strong password, keep your credentials private, and log out on shared devices.
6Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, including how it is used and with whom it may have been shared. Email support@srijanyasphere.com and we will respond in line with applicable data-protection laws.
7Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. After account closure, some data may be retained briefly for backups, legal compliance or dispute resolution, then securely removed. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
8Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Updates are posted here with a revised date, and significant changes may be shared by email or in-app. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
