Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the SRIJANYASPHERE platform and services.

Last updated: July 2026

1Introduction

SRIJANYASPHERE is a no-code content management platform that lets you create, manage and publish websites across categories such as E-commerce, Blog, News, School and more. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and SRIJANYASPHERE. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a website, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. By agreeing, you affirm you meet these requirements and are authorised to use our services for yourself or your entity.

2Platform Access & Usage

Access is available to all registered users through our official channels. What you can build is linked to the website category you choose and its associated charges.

  • Category-based building — create sites using templates in our supported categories; each has its own cost based on category and chosen features (e.g. with or without PWA).
  • Not included — website charges do not cover domain registration, external hosting, or content writing unless explicitly stated.
  • Fair usage — access is intended solely for the registered user or entity.

Unauthorised use, or attempts to bypass payment for website creation, may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

3Website Pricing

The cost of building a website depends on the selected category and features.

  • Category pricing — each website type has its own pricing based on complexity, templates and included functionality.
  • What you pay for — you pay only for the specific website(s) you build; charges apply per site and vary with features like PWA support.

Preview available templates and features on our Pricing and Categories pages before purchasing.

4Copyright & Content Responsibility

All content uploaded to websites built on our platform is the sole responsibility of the respective user. We provide the technology; we do not monitor, verify or claim ownership of user content.

  • User responsibility — you must ensure your content is original, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights or regional regulations.
  • Platform disclaimer — we hold no liability for copyrighted, plagiarised, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content uploaded by users; any resulting disputes are yours alone.

E-commerce & tax compliance

If you run an e-commerce or commercially active website, you are individually responsible for meeting applicable legal and tax standards, including valid tax registrations (e.g. GST, VAT, EIN), accurate HSN/SAC codes, cross-border/customs rules, tax-valid invoices, and statutory record-keeping and filings.

SRIJANYASPHERE does not provide legal or tax advice, verify business models, or oversee transactions. We can help you configure tax tools in your admin panel, but you must consult a certified tax/legal professional for compliance.

5Hosting Space

We provide default hosting for each custom domain, based on a categorised plan that covers website files, media and basic database usage — with the flexibility to upgrade.

  • Default allocation — hosting for each connected domain follows your category plan; you can upgrade as needed. See Hosting Plans.
  • Usage monitoring — space usage is tracked continuously; exceeding your limit may require an upgrade or temporary suspension of certain services until resolved.

6Subdomain Expiry

To let you explore the platform, we offer temporary trial subdomains with strict expiry to keep servers efficient.

  • Trial period — trial sites on our subdomain remain active for up to 3 days from creation.
  • Data deletion — if a custom domain is not linked within 3 days, the subdomain and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

It is your responsibility to connect a custom domain within the trial period to retain your website.

7Domain Pointing

You can link your own purchased domain via our nameservers.

  • Nameservers — point your domain to ns1.skillhoard.com and ns2.skillhoard.com.
  • Hosting initialisation — once pointed correctly, our system provisions a hosting account with your default quota automatically.

DNS propagation may take up to 24–48 hours. See our Domain Guide for step-by-step help.

8Platform Limitations

As a hybrid CMS, some parts of the platform stay restricted from manual control to protect stability and consistency.

  • Semi-locked functions — many features are intentionally semi-locked to prevent accidental disruption of essential systems.
  • Restricted core features — certain backend operations and core modules cannot be altered by users, to preserve security, performance and update compatibility.

9Support

  • Standard support — all registered users get help with platform queries like website setup, dashboard navigation and category purchases, via email or the support ticket system.
  • Custom development — custom builds, third-party integrations or extensive modifications are not covered under general support unless included in your plan.

For faster help, include your registered email, order details (site category) and a clear description of the issue.

10Violations & Account Termination

  • Prohibited content — uploading harmful, illegal, abusive or inappropriate content leads to suspension or permanent termination, depending on severity.
  • Enforcement rights — we may remove any website, content or account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Violations are taken seriously. Reinstatement after suspension is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review.

11Tax Information & Usage

Any tax data you enter for an e-commerce site — GST numbers, VAT IDs or local identifiers — is stored securely in your website’s own admin panel. It is not accessed, used or shared by us for any business, accounting or legal purpose; it exists solely for your invoicing and record-keeping.

You are solely responsible for keeping your tax data valid, updated and compliant with your region’s laws. For help configuring tax tools in your admin panel, contact support — but we do not provide legal or financial advice.

12WhatsApp Messaging Compliance

Our WhatsApp API software delivers messages exclusively through the official WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. Use of this service is subject to Meta’s policies in addition to these Terms.

  • Opt-in consent required — you agree to send WhatsApp messages only to recipients who have provided prior opt-in consent to receive messages from your business, in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
  • Prohibited use — sending messages to purchased, scraped or otherwise non-consenting contact lists is strictly prohibited and may result in Meta restricting or banning your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.
  • Meta’s enforcement — quality ratings, messaging limits, restrictions and bans are applied by Meta at its sole discretion. SRIJANYASPHERE is not responsible for any account restrictions, bans or penalties imposed by Meta resulting from your violation of Meta’s terms and policies.
  • Our enforcement rights — we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to WhatsApp messaging features for users who violate these policies, without prior notice.

Message only your genuine, opted-in customers. This protects your number’s quality rating, keeps your messaging limits healthy, and keeps your account safe from Meta’s restrictions.
