3. Website Pricing

While the platform license grants you access to use our CMS, it does not include the cost of individual websites. Each category of website is priced independently based on the complexity, available templates, and included functionalities.

• Category Pricing: Every website category (e.g., E-commerce, Blog, Hotel, Portfolio, etc.) may have its own pricing structure depending on the features and design elements offered.
• License vs. Website Cost: The platform license covers access to the CMS dashboard and tools, but actual deployment or building of a site requires separate payments for each category you choose to work with.

4. Copyright & Content Responsibility

Srijanya Sphere provides a technology platform that enables users to build, manage, and publish content across various website categories. However, the platform does not monitor, verify, or claim ownership of the content uploaded by users. It is the user's sole duty to ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws.

• User Responsibility: Users are fully accountable for ensuring that the content they upload is original, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violate regional regulations.
• Platform Disclaimer: Srijanya Sphere holds no liability for any copyrighted, plagiarized, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content uploaded by users. Any resulting legal consequences or disputes shall be borne solely by the user.

5. Hosting Space

When you connect a custom domain to your website built on Srijanya Sphere, hosting space is allocated based on a categorized plan. This hosting includes storage for website files, media, and basic database usage. You have the flexibility to upgrade your hosting based on your specific requirements. • Default Allocation: Hosting space for every custom domain connected to the platform is based on a categorized plan. • Usage Monitoring: Each user’s total space usage is continuously tracked. If storage exceeds the allotted limit, the platform may require you to upgrade or may temporarily suspend certain services until the issue is resolved.

6. Subdomain Expiry

To help users explore and test the platform, Srijanya Sphere offers temporary subdomains for creating trial websites. However, these subdomains come with strict expiry conditions to optimize server resources and maintain performance.

• Trial Period: Trial websites created under our subdomain structure remain active for a maximum duration of 3 days from the time of creation.
• Data Deletion: If a custom domain is not linked within the 3-day period, both the subdomain and all associated content and data will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.

7. Domain Pointing

Users have the flexibility to link their own purchased domains with their websites hosted on Srijanya Sphere. The platform supports seamless domain pointing through our predefined nameservers.

• Nameserver Setup: To point your domain, update your DNS settings with the following nameservers:
  ns1.skillhoard.com and ns2.skillhoard.com
• Hosting Initialization: Once the domain is correctly pointed, our system automatically provisions a new hosting account with the default quota, allowing you to manage your website independently.

8. Limitations

Srijanya Sphere is designed as a hybrid CMS to ensure both flexibility and stability. To preserve system-wide integrity and deliver a seamless experience to all users, some limitations are in place across the platform.

• Semi-Locked Functions: Many features are intentionally semi-locked to prevent accidental disruption of essential systems or design patterns. This helps ensure a consistent experience across all sites.
• Restricted Core Features: Certain backend operations and core design modules cannot be accessed, altered, or replaced by users to maintain security, performance, and update compatibility.

9. Support

Srijanya Sphere provides structured support to help users navigate the platform and resolve potential issues. Our support services are limited to license holders and are handled via professional channels.

• Licensed Support: Support is offered exclusively to users who hold a valid license. Queries can be raised through our official email or support ticket system.
• Custom Development: Assistance related to custom development, third-party integrations, or extensive modifications is not covered under general support unless explicitly included in your subscription or service plan.

10. Violations & Account Termination

Srijanya Sphere is committed to providing a secure and compliant platform. Any user found to be in violation of our terms may face immediate action, including suspension or termination of their account.

• Prohibited Content: Uploading any harmful, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content will lead to immediate suspension or permanent account termination, depending on the severity.
• Enforcement Rights: We reserve the full right to remove any website, content, or user account that breaches these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice or liability.
